Speedy vegan burgers

These super quick burgers are perfect for a comfort meal. If you want to be all smug healthy then simply swap the chips and baked bean sides for a salad.

  • 1 tin butter beans
  • 1 tin of other beans (any kind)
  • 2 fresh chillis diced
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to suit your taste

Mash together, shape into burgers, pan fry or bake
