Golden Soup

Golden soup

Here’s my recipe, hope you love it too. P.s. I think this also taste great eaten cold in hot weather (not that we get a lot of that in the UK)….
Ingredients:
1 golden butternut squash (or regular butternut squash) (diced)
3 sweet potatoes (diced)
4 carrots (diced)
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp liquid amnios (or soya sauce)
1 tbsp marjoram
1 tbsp smoked parika
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
Hot sauce to taste (I used 1 tsp)
Salt and pepper to taste
50g vegan cheese (I used Greek flavour Sheese)
1 cup shelled hemp seeds
1/2 cup Nutritional yeast (Nooch)
Method:
Chop veg and combine with other ingredients (except sheese, hemp and nooch) in a large pot
Add water to fill pot to level of veg
Simmer until veg are soft (approx. 20 mins)
Remove from heat
Add sheese, hemp and nooch
Blend
Serve with shaped seeded toast
