Chewy Fruity Coooookies
Ingredients:
- 125g butter (or butter substitute)
- 125g brown caster sugar
- 125g self raising flour (or self raising gluten free flour)
- 50g oats (or increase GF self raising flour by 50g if you cannot eat oats)
- 1tbsp cinnamon
- 50g mixed dried fruit (or one type of dried fruit)
- 2tbsp milk (or lactofree milk or milk substitute)
Method:
- Combine the first two ingredients then add the liquid.
- Blend till smooth then add the dried ingredients.
- Mix until just combined then add the fruit.
- Drop by table spoon onto a foil lined cookie sheet and bake for 24 mins.
- Let cool then peel away from foil.
