Chewy Fruity Coooookies

Fruit cookiesTurn your oven on to 150 degrees to start heating up while you make the dough.
  • 125g butter substitute
  • 125g brown caster sugar
  • 125g self raising flour (or self raising gluten free flour)
  • 50g oats (or increase GF self raising flour by 50g if you cannot eat oats)
  • 1tbsp cinnamon
  • 50g mixed dried fruit (or one type of dried fruit)
  • 2tbsp plant milk
  • Combine the first two ingredients then add the liquid.
  • Blend till smooth then add the dried ingredients.
  • Mix until just combined then add the fruit.
  • Drop by table spoon onto a foil lined cookie sheet and bake for 24 mins.
  • Let cool then peel away from foil.
