Introducing the NoObesity apps!

Published on Thursday 15th June 2017 by DJ Kirkby

Yesterday I had the privilege of introducing the NoObesity apps for the first time. Those of you who have been following the progress of this project will know that it has taken a while to reach this stage! My preliminary research showed that there was a need for tools to support health professionals in caring for families with children who are overweight or obese, and there was a reassuringly continued high level of interest in this at the conference yesterday. The NoObesity app for health professionals and the complimentary NoObesityFamily app will be be available to download for free for IOS and Android from late September. The next conference I will be at will be the Public Health England conference in September, and I am looking forward to chatting about NoObesity with everyone there.
